The Hotel Solutions Partnership is different in many ways - and often that makes us better at understanding our clients' requirements and meeting their needs.

We are now in our fifth year of providing expert hotel consultancy and advice to returning and new clients, many of whom are the major investors and operators in the international hotel and hospitality industry.

The Hotel Solutions Partnership network offers expertise in almost 50 disciplines, covering all the elements involved in running a successful hotel or hospitality business in today's competitive and progressive environment.

The Hotel Solutions Partnership network incorporates a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge which we call on to craft individual solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. Please take a look at our Areas of expertise webpage to see who does what.

We have designed a consulting tool - hoteldoctor™ - that is easy to buy, guaranteed to produce results and highly likely to result in a trusting relationship being developed through which lasting change can be designed and implemented to add value to a business.

The Hotel Solutions Partnership team has worked for clients all over the world and for businesses in all sectors of the hotel industry with varying degrees of complexity. You can find out more about what each of our hotel consultants does by reading their profiles on the website.

Indian Tourism - Unlocking the strategic opportunity - Presentation by Ian Graham
An address given at the Conference - World Travel India, Mumbai February 5 2004. The opportunities for all in the industry, and those connected to the industry in India, are huge. Ian Graham of The Hotel Solutions Partnership Ltd in a keynote address at this major Conference (http://www.kinelog.com) suggested areas in which both government and private enterprise can continue to develop. Recognising the successes to date, he believes there is a powerful case for the Indian government to continue to challenge itself in its approach to tourism, reallocating some of its expenditure and in so doing re-energising the industry. He further believes there is a powerful case for the private sector to invest for growth particularly in domestic tourism.

He identified four drivers of change – at the centre is the customer who comes from home or office with changed expectations of the technology that they use in the bedroom or interface with in buying the experience.
