HONOLULU | Outrigger Enterprises Group will open a beachfront condominium resort in Phuket in early 2009. The Outrigger Serenity Terraces Resort, Phuket will be the first Outrigger property to open in the area. The 78 unit, luxury hotel condominium is being built at Rawai Beach by Serenity Development Group, a global real estate company specializing in residential resort developments.
The five-star resort will feature luxury one and two bedroom apartments, most with ocean and island views, and several penthouses, each with a roof top terrace, sun deck and some with their own lap pool. Also featured will be beachfront duplexes and lofts with private swimming pools. Formula 1 Grand Prix World Champion Kimi Räikkönen will be a regular at the resort as he has purchased one of the beachfront units.
Each apartment will be finished with the highest quality materials. Resort amenities will include a beachfront clubhouse, infinity pool, sports gym, holistic spa services and beachfront restaurant/bar.
