Onity, a leading global provider of electronic control and security solutions for lodging applications, has announced the promotion of Jay Weaver to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Based at Onity’s world headquarters in Norcross, Georgia, Jay will be
responsible for the global finance reporting and leadership of the finance organization of the Onity businesses. Most recently, he held the position of Finance Director for Onity’s North America division, where he played a critical role in driving that business
unit to increased performance levels over the past two years.
Prior to joining Onity in September 2004, Jay served as a regional Finance Manager for Kraft Foods supporting manufacturing finance. During his successful 16-year career in corporate finance, he has also held prominent positions with Diversity Food Processing and Union Camp Corporation. He received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from James Madison University.
