Andrew Director joins Millennium as the new regional director of revenue for North America. In this position, he is responsible for supervising all revenue managers and managing rate strategies for all North American properties in order to maximize revenues.
He joins Millennium from New Jersey-based Prime Hospitality where he served in a number of capacities, including corporate director of reservations, director for revenue management and director of PMS/CRS development for AmeriSuites.
He began his career in the hospitality industry in 1991 as assistant front desk manager at the Kimberly Hotel in New York City. He also held management positions at the Hotel Macklowe (now the Millennium Broadway), including front office manager and reservations manager. He was part of the opening team for the Soho Grand Hotel as director of revenue management. Other experience in New York included the position of rooms director at the Doral Park Avenue Hotel.
Director holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel and restaurant management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Lesly Rehaut is a 25-year hospitality and travel industry veteran. As regional director of group sales with Millennium, Rehaut will be responsible for the Northeast region, including Toronto, New England and as far south and west as Pennsylvania, Michigan and Indiana.
Prior to joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts she worked for ten years with Continental Airlines as the corporate meeting, incentive and group sales manager for the Northeast region. She was responsible for managing Continental’s corporate accounts with a focus on key market segments including entertainment, financial, pharmaceutical and retail. Rehaut achieved over $20 million in annual revenues for Continental Airlines.
Rehaut is a member of the Meeting Professionals International of Greater New York chapter (MPIGNY) and is serving as the organization’s president for the 2nd sequential year. She has also chaired the organization’s annual fundraiser, the Terry Spinelli Auction and Social for the past three years.
Cherryl Brazier, regional group sales director for the Midwest and western regions, most recently was director of group, meeting and incentive sales at Thistle Hotels, with responsibility for sales and marketing plans for the US and Canada. Prior to that, she was a senior marketing executive with the British Tourist Authority for four years.
Brazier began her career in London and the U.K. holding a number of management positions with such properties as the Portsmouth Hilton, the Charles Dickens Hotel, Queens Hotel and the Manor House Hotel. In 1992 she became sales manager for The Brewery, a converted conference center in London and, after two years with Café Royal, another major conference and banqueting venue, she joined the Royal Garden Hotel. With the latter property she was assistant director of sales and conference and incentive sales manager.
Brazier was educated at Leeds Polytechnic School of Hospitality Management in the U.K. and is a member of the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives, Meeting professionals International and the Professional Convention Managers Association. With Millennium her territorial responsibilities range from Vancouver, Alaska and Hawaii to California and east to Illinois.
Elizabeth Harlow, the new manager of marketing programs for North America, is a hospitality management and marketing professional. She began her career as Assistant Front Office Manager at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. She then held several management positions in the rooms division at Renaissance Hotels and Resorts and Nikko Hotels and Resorts. In 1998, she joined Leading Hotels of the World, the prestigious luxury marketing organization representing 400 of the world’s finest properties, taking management positions in account management and distribution marketing. Prior to joining Millennium she was named Manager, Marketing Services for the company.
Harlow holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and economics with a marketing concentration from Richmond University in London.
